This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching programmes purchased from unlearning.health, operated by Parentix Fitness Private Limited. By purchasing a programme you agree to this policy.
1. Our commitment
We stand behind our coaching. We also ask that you genuinely do the work, because our method only produces results when it is followed. This policy is built around that fair exchange.
2. 30 day conditional guarantee
If, within the first 30 days of your programme, you have done everything asked of you and still seen no results, you may request a full refund of the programme fee. To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You submitted every scheduled check in on time during the period.
- You followed the nutrition and training protocol provided to you, as reflected in your logged adherence.
- You raised any difficulties with your coach during the period so they could be addressed.
- You request the refund within 30 days of your programme start date.
Because these conditions are objective and recorded through your check ins and adherence logs, we can fairly assess any request. If the records show the programme was followed and results did not materialise, we will refund you in full.
3. What is not covered
- Requests made after the 30 day window has closed.
- Programmes where check ins were missed, skipped or submitted late, or where the protocol was not followed.
- Change of mind, change in personal circumstances, or loss of motivation unrelated to the programme working.
- Any one time consultation, audit or digital product that has already been delivered.
4. Cancellation
You may stop participating in a programme at any time. For multi month programmes paid in instalments, cancellation stops future instalments from the next billing cycle, but does not refund the current or past periods unless the guarantee in section 2 applies. To cancel, email us before your next billing date.
5. How to request a refund
Email team@unlearning.health with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address used at purchase. We will review your check in and adherence records and respond within 7 business days.
6. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through our payment gateway. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect.
